  Dude!!!!
  The molleja taco I had today was spot on!!!!
  Crispy just right, crispy outside nice and tender inside.
  I had it with rice and guac, wow!!!!! That was a great taco.
  If these guys had a smoker and they could be VERY dangerous.
  They a Fantastic base, if they smell me some of their meat and sky is the limit!!!!!

  Huge tacos but disgusting... taco filled full of fatty meat, vessels and balls of flour used to thicken the tasteless gravy.  Save your pesos and get the best carne guisada taco from Taqueria Alemeda on Waldron Road.

  Today we had a bad experience at the restaurant.  Usually the food is good, but today not so much.  When I decided not to keep the order I placed and had 1 bite and place a new order in , the owner came to or table and told me that they would not exchange the order and that I would be charged for my first plate .  
  I was unhappy with the spices in the sauce and thought it was way to hot while the rest of the plate was cold.  I was more than willing to pay for the first plate, but the way the owner spoke to me was harsh.
  At the end, I paid for all the plates for our large party and left a tip.
  I will probably not return.
  I can not recommend this place.

  Carne Guisada Tacos were very bland the last few times I bought them. I had to add two salt packets because that's how much salt it lacked.

  The food is great, every time i come the food is alway good from the tacos and plates to appitizers and drinks. Its a good pace to bring the family and friends. The tortillas never fail and nice staff.
